HVL STUDIO

In today's context, where the conditions of architecture and construction are constantly evolving and developing, HVL Studio was founded by Heval Zeliha Yüksel with the aim of conducting work at the intersection of architecture, art, and material. The studio explores how the unique atmosphere of a place can be produced, and in each project, strives to approach the subject through a new method.

HVL Studio primarily focuses on museum architecture, museum curatorship, exhibition design, and cultural building projects. Adopting an architect-curator approach, each project is addressed through an original methodology that investigates the memory, geography, and material culture of its location.

The studio develops a holistic design process for curatorial content creation, museum and exhibition space design, and cultural and artistic structures. In doing so, it transforms the relationship between architecture and curatorship into modes of production, generating new spatial narratives within contemporary museum practices.
